Firmware and App updates
For devices where the internal software (firmware) and / or App is updateable, Trust Switch-in will provide at least 5 years safety updates and critical bug fixes for the firmware and associated app (s) from the time the product is withdrawn from the range.
It is Trust Switch-in’s intention, where possible, to continue to support these devices in our ecosystem in a safe, responsible manner beyond this period.
For all products that are connected to the Smart Bridge platform, the support will not be removed from the Smart Bridge. This means that during the period that the Smart Bridge is active at the end user’s home, these devices will be supported by the Smart Bridge and in the Trust Switch-in app(s).
If you experience problems with the app after the update, please contact customer service.
