Warranty and returns
Warranty conditions
At Trust Switch-in, we take the quality of our products and the level of our service extremely seriously. During the production process, all Trust Switch-in products are rigorously tested in accordance with the latest European requirements and standards. In the unlikely event that a technical problem occurs with a product, we guarantee a replacement (or repair) during a period of 24 months from the documented purchase date.
The guarantee we offer does not affect the rules concerning the legal guarantee and conformity. Conformity means that a product must do what you can reasonably expect of it. The guarantee is valid when the device has been used in accordance with the operating instructions and for the purpose for which it was made. The manufacturer’s guarantee is invalidated if there is a short circuit due to faulty connection, overloading, water damage, fire, improper use, repairs by third parties, lightning strikes or leaking batteries.
If a product becomes defective within the guarantee period, you can exchange the product in question (including any accessories) with a valid proof of purchase at the shop where you bought the Trust Switch-in product.
To assess the warranty claim, a dated purchase invoice must be submitted together with the product. Without the purchase receipt, we are unable to assess the warranty period, therefore the warranty will expire. In order to avoid unnecessary inconvenience and incorrect actions, we recommend that you read the relevant instructions and frequently asked questions carefully before installing/using a product and before contacting customer service.
